T6 is our new hybrid training class built around simple structure, real effort, and working as a team. You’ll train in pairs, combining running with functional movements across timed rounds, pushing your engine, strength, and mental resilience in a controlled but challenging environment.

It’s designed for everyone — whether you’re just getting started or already training hard — with scalable options so you can progress at your own level while still feeling part of the group.

By committing to T6, you’ll build a stronger aerobic base, improve strength under fatigue, move more efficiently, and develop better pacing and recovery. Most importantly, you’ll gain confidence, consistency, and that feeling of pushing through something tough alongside others.
